Lucas Nathan Bonder is a writer, UX designer, and spirituality researcher and teacher. He developed a theory based on non-duality and oneness, exploring the idea that there is physically only one body in the universe and that perceived separation is an illusion created by individual perspective.

Summary of Transcript
Richard Lowe: Hello, I’m Richard Lowe and this is the Leaders and Their Stories podcast. I’m The Writing King, and I’m here with Lucas Bonder, who’s here to talk about an amazing discovery. Lucas, why don’t you introduce yourself and tell us about it?
Lucas Bonder: My name is Lucas Bonder. I research spirituality, higher consciousness, metaphysics, anything related to the human mind and how it perceives reality. What I’ve discovered is that there’s only one body. Physically, I want to prove this. Despite how we perceive separation, that illusion exists only because we’re inside individual bodies. If we were outside, floating in the universe, we’d see everything as one.
Richard Lowe: What do you mean by “one body?” Do you mean we all share a body or we each only have one?
Lucas Bonder: There’s only one body in the universe. Your body and mine are only separated by space, but space is also the universe. So from a non-duality perspective, there can only be one thing. That means physically, too, there’s just one entity. We just experience it fragmented.
Richard Lowe: So it’s like a tree, and we’re the leaves. We think we’re separate, but we’re not.
Lucas Bonder: Yes. But it’s not just a thought, it’s an experience of separateness. That’s what causes so many mental health issues. We’re trapped in ego and identity. Spirituality can help free us from that illusion. It’s not just personal healing, it becomes something you share with the world.
Ego, Karma, and Letting Go
Richard Lowe: Is that why people say the more you help others, the more it comes back to you?
Lucas Bonder: Yes and no. That’s karma, and it’s real. But ideally, you give because you care, not because you expect something in return. That’s where true transformation starts.
Richard Lowe: So we’re talking about letting go of ego.
Lucas Bonder: That’s the message all the great teachers gave: Jesus, Moses, Mother Teresa. Let go of the “me” and find true freedom. You’re not your thoughts. If you stop thinking for a moment, do you still exist? That’s the question.
Richard Lowe: That’s a deep one.
Lucas Bonder: It applies to everything. Even animals don’t suffer from ego. They just “are.” That’s why they’re so peaceful. They don’t overthink. They live.
Connection Beyond Distance
Richard Lowe: Do you think aliens would also be part of this one body?
Lucas Bonder: If they exist, and I believe they do, they’d also be connected to the same source. The real question is: why haven’t they contacted us? Maybe it’s not time yet.
Richard Lowe: Maybe the distances are just too vast. Even at light speed, it would take years to reach us.
Lucas Bonder: That’s true, but spiritually, connection doesn’t need physical proximity. Consciousness isn’t limited by space.
Books by Lucas Bonder
Richard Lowe: You’ve written two books. What are they?
Lucas Bonder: The first is Love for Wisdom. It’s a guide to reaching higher consciousness through self-understanding. The second, still in progress, is called Think Like God. It’s about aligning your thoughts with divine intention. God is the real teacher. We’re just students here to learn from creation.
Final Thoughts
Richard Lowe: Any final message for our listeners?
Lucas Bonder: Follow a spiritual path. Not everyone is called to it, but if you are, find a teacher, find guidance, and commit to growth. Let go of what doesn’t serve you. I’m still on my journey, and it’s been beautiful. I hope others can find the same joy.
Richard Lowe: That’s a powerful message. Thank you, Lucas. This has been the Leaders and Their Stories podcast. I’m Richard Lowe, The Writing King. You can find me at thewritingking.com.
