Gotham

Gotham

Gotham Books was an American trade nonfiction imprint of Penguin Group (USA), founded in 2001 by William Shinker, focused on narrative nonfiction, business, popular culture, memoir, and self-help titles. Gotham Books published Mark Forsyth's The Etymologicon in the United States and a range of other working language and writing-craft titles. The imprint was discontinued in 2014 and its list was absorbed into other Penguin Random House imprints.
