The Writers Helping Writers Series is the bestselling thesaurus and reference series by Angela Ackerman and Becca Puglisi, published through their JADD Publishing imprint and circulated through their Writers Helping Writers website and One Stop for Writers online resource. Across ten working volumes the series gives novelists categorized, instantly searchable reference entries for character emotion, personality traits, settings, wounds, occupations, conflict, and physical description.

Working titles in the series are The Emotion Thesaurus (the founding volume, first published 2012 and expanded in 2019), The Positive Trait Thesaurus, The Negative Trait Thesaurus, The Urban Setting Thesaurus, The Rural Setting Thesaurus, The Emotional Wound Thesaurus, The Occupation Thesaurus, the Conflict Thesaurus (volumes one and two), and the Character Expression Thesaurus. The series has been continuously among the best-selling indie writing-craft references in English for more than a decade.
