O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000) Review
O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000) rates 8 out of 10 on the rewatch scale. The Coens claimed to be adapting the Odyssey without having read it, which is either a joke or the most useful thing anybody has said…
Actor: Tim Blake Nelson
Tim Blake Nelson played Delmar in O Brother Where Art Thou, and the Coens used him again in The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, where he sings the title role.
He wrote and directed Eye of God and O, a modernised Othello set in a high school. Lincoln, Watchmen and The Incredible Hulk fill out the range, the last setting up a character who returned fifteen years later. He studied classics at Brown.
