Chuck Jones directed What’s Opera Doc, Duck Amuck and One Froggy Evening, and created Wile E Coyote, the Road Runner and Marvin the Martian. He also directed the animated How the Grinch Stole Christmas. His timing is generally regarded as the finest in American animation.
