Actor: Ronny Cox

Ronny Cox debuted in Deliverance, playing the most sympathetic member of the group, and then spent the 1980s and 1990s playing corporate villains of considerable menace.

RoboCop and Total Recall both cast him as an executive whose evil is entirely procedural, which was a deliberate inversion of the Deliverance persona and worked because audiences remembered it.

Beverly Hills Cop and Taps show the range in between, playing decent authority.

He is a working folk musician, tours regularly, and has released more than a dozen albums, which occupies more of his time now than acting.
