Actor: Ronald Lacey

Ronald Lacey played Toht in Raiders of the Lost Ark, whose coat hanger scene is one of the film’s best jokes and whose face melting is its most reproduced effect. He worked extensively in British television and film, and was cast partly because Spielberg wanted someone resembling Peter Lorre.
