Rachel Ticotin played Melina in Total Recall, and the character exists in the protagonist’s memory before she exists in the plot, which the film uses to keep the reality question open. Fort Apache the Bronx gave her an early lead, and Con Air and Falling Down fill out the range. She began as a ballet dancer.
