Actor: Nancy Allen

Nancy Allen appeared in Carrie, Blow Out and Dressed to Kill for Brian De Palma, to whom she was married, and Blow Out gives her the best of those roles.

RoboCop and its sequels gave her Anne Lewis, a partner written as a competent officer instead of a love interest, which was less common than it should have been.

She retired from acting in the 2000s and has since worked in cancer support organizations, which followed her own experience.
