Actor: Fredric March

Fredric March won Best Actor twice, for Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde and The Best Years of Our Lives, and also won two Tony Awards, which is a rare combination. The Best Years of Our Lives gives him a returning sergeant whose reintegration is played as a slow discomfort. He was among the first Hollywood figures to speak publicly against fascism in the late 1930s.
