Actor: Dean Norris

Dean Norris graduated from Harvard and trained at RADA before spending two decades in small parts as police officers and military officers, including in Total Recall, Terminator 2 and Starship Troopers.

Breaking Bad gave him Hank Schrader, a DEA agent whose bluster conceals genuine competence, and the character’s arc across five seasons is among the show’s best writing.

He has moved into leading television work since, and the earlier film credits are largely brief appearances in genre pictures.
