Peter Bedrick Books was an independent American children's and reference publisher founded in 1984 by Peter Bedrick in New York City. The imprint specialized in illustrated children's nonfiction, mythology, history, and reference, including the Eyewitness Books series in U.S. editions and a range of illustrated mythology and folklore titles. Following Peter Bedrick's death in 2002, the imprint's titles were absorbed into McGraw-Hill, where the list was continued under the Bedrick name for several years before being discontinued.
