Actor: Salvatore Cascio

Salvatore Cascio played Toto as a child in Cinema Paradiso and won a BAFTA for it at eleven. He did not pursue an acting career and returned to Sicily, running a restaurant, and has appeared occasionally since. The performance is entirely unaffected, which is why the film works.
